Registration and confirmation for minors

If you are over 16 years old, you can use the bizkaibizi bicycles. However, a confirmation form from a legal representative or a parent is required.

 

This is how it works:

1. Download the bizkaibizi confirmation form
2. Print the form and ask a parent or legal representative to sign it. This will confirm the terms and conditions of bizkaibizi.
3. Then email the confirmation form together with a copy of the identification document of the legal representative or parent (e.g. ID card) to info@bizkaibizi.eus.
4. An employee will create your account and validate the authorization form.
5. You will receive the 6-digit access PIN for your customer account via SMS on your mobile phone.
6. You must now verify your account with the help of a legal representative before it is activated. To do this, log in to your customer account via the website www.bizkaibizi.eus or the app and save a credit card of a parent or legal representative as a means of payment.
7. After verifying your account, we will activate your account and you can get started.
